A cyanide leaching and stirring equipment designed with reference to American technology. 【Processing capacity】: 6-395m³ 【Scope of application】: The double impeller leaching and stirring tank is suitable for gold leaching, adsorption and other mixing operations with small specific gravity, low viscosity, slow settling speed, ore particle size of -200 mesh accounting for more than 90%, and pulp concentration less than 45%.
The ore flow moves smoothly, the slurry is evenly mixed, and the power consumption is low;
The air enters the groove through the hollow shaft of the transmission, and is stirred by the blades to disperse the air evenly;
Compact structure, easy maintenance;
The hollow shaft is ventilated to the bottom end, and the air enters the groove through it, disperses evenly, and has small bubbles;
Using two new impellers, the impeller diameter of the stirring tank is large, the rotation speed is low, and the stirring power consumption is small, which can reduce the wear of carbon;
The stirring intensity is moderate, and the slurry concentration and fineness distribution in the tank are consistent, which can improve the leaching rate of cyanide and the adsorption rate of carbon;
The impeller of the leaching and stirring tank is lined with wear-resistant rubber, which has low rotational speed and long service life.
With dual impellers rotating and agitating, ore pulps move downward and then diffuse along with the damping plate. Air is fed in the tank from the lower end of the shaft and blended with ore pulps to form a uniform suspending mixed liquid.
In the gold cyaniding process, a leaching agitation tank is applied to leach and carbon-absorb ore pulps whose fineness is -200 meshes and whose density is less than 45%. Under similar circumstances, it is also applied to agitation and leaching in metallurgy, chemical, and light industry.

A gold mine in Shaanxi built a concentrator with a daily processing capacity of 200t/d in 2010, using direct cyanidation-zinc powder replacement process. Due to the slightly smaller blades of the previously installed double impeller stirring tank stirring paddle, the low speed, and uneven stirring of the pulp, which is not conducive to the leaching of gold. Later, I contacted Xinhai Mining to undertake the cyanidation process. Xinhai's retrofit equipment adopts a slightly larger stirring blade, and an anti-suction device is installed at the bottom of the hollow shaft. Due to the good ventilation of the center and the uniform stirring of sodium cyanide, the leaching rate of gold was increased from 94.28% to 97.14% by weight.
